Meet The Team

Geoff has been practicing dentistry for 30 years and is the owner director of Mission Bay Dental. As well as general dentistry qualifications Geoff is particularly interested in Implant replacement and restorative dentistry. Away from work, Geoff interests include fishing and diving. Geoff has also competed in 4 iron man competitions.

Sophie has been working in the dental industry for over 7 years, starting out as a Dental Assistant & Receptionist in the Waikato and eventually joining us here in Auckland as our Practice Manager. She is the friendly face that will greet you at reception. Outside of work Sophie enjoys a her part-time studies, hiking, paddle boarding and returning to the Waikato to spend time with family and friends.

Nat has been a dental assistant for 4yrs, starting out in Wellington and has since moved further north for a warmer climate. She is dedicated to providing exceptional assistance and making patients feel at ease. Outside of work, she can be found practicing and teaching ballet, or riding her motorcycle.

Sara graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Oral Health and has since developed a strong passion for helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. As an Oral Health Therapist, she provides dental care to adolescent patients and provides dental hygiene services. With her expertise, she plays an essential role in both preventing oral health issues and treating them, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care tailored to their needs.

Sara is known for her gentle and caring approach. She understands that dental visits can often be anxiety-inducing, and so she strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where everyone feels at ease. Her dedication to seeing her patients progress and improve their oral health is what drives her passion for her work.

Outside of the practice, Sara likes regularly going to the gym, going to Pilates, and taking long walks. She also loves to travel and explore new restaurants.
